Offer Summary

• This promotion applies to Magic Elevator’s “$200K in leads in the next 90 days or a full refund + $1,000 tool voucher” or “200K in leads in the next 90 days or a full refund” marketing guarantee.
• Under this offer, Biz Start Squad Pty Ltd trading as Magic Elevator (“Magic Elevator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) guarantees that — provided all eligibility conditions are met — your business will generate at least $200,000 in verified leads within 90 days of campaign activation.
• If the target is not met and all terms below have been satisfied, Magic Elevator will refund 100% of your management fees and issue a $1,000 tool voucher (non-cash, non-transferable) or 100% of your management fees for use on approved software or marketing tools. Deal/ offer dependent.
• These terms set out the eligibility, conditions, and limitations of this promotional guarantee and should be read alongside Magic Elevator’s standard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Campaign Requirements

• To qualify for this offer and any associated guarantees or performance outcomes, the following conditions must be met:

• i.    Minimum $150 per day ad spend (exclusive of management and appointment setting fees).
• ii.   Campaign performance is based on appointments booked, not raw leads.
• iii.  You must be enrolled in Magic Elevator’s appointment setting service..
• iv. You must have approved website content and social media content ready for use.
• v.  You must supply or approve video content, including before-and-after photos and short videos suitable for campaign use.
• vi.  You must actively participate in campaign setup, feedback, and content approval.

• Magic Elevator reserves the right to determine which businesses are eligible to participate in this offer at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, businesses operating in the trades sector such as roofers, concreters, and carpenters. We also reserve the right to decline to promote, manage, or advertise for businesses that we determine are not a suitable fit for the program, industry type, or ethical standards.
  
  Failure to meet these requirements, or refusal of participation by Magic Elevator, may void any guarantee or promotional benefits associated with this offer.

2  GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

• To be eligible for the “$200K in leads or refund” guarantee:
• i. All eligibility and participation requirements (Section 1) must be met in full.
• ii. Campaign data, ad accounts, and reporting tools must remain accessible to Magic Elevator for verification.
• iii. Ad spend and service fees must be paid in full and on time for the entire 90-day campaign.
• iv. The guarantee applies to management fees only and does not cover ad spend, appointment setting, or third-party tool costs.
• v. The $1,000 tool voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• vi. Magic Elevator reserves the right to verify all campaign metrics before processing any refund or voucher.

3  DURATION & TERMINATION

• i. Campaigns run for a minimum of 90 consecutive days from the agreed start date.
• ii. The 90-day lead revenue period starts from the date the ads go live. As setup tasks such as content approval, access to accounts, and integration of systems can sometimes be delayed by the client, the 90-day period will not begin until the advertising campaign is active.
• iii. Services are otherwise provided on a month-to-month basis thereafter.
• iv. Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice after the initial 90-day period.
• v. Termination does not entitle the client to a refund for services already rendered or ad spend already committed.

4  GENERAL TERMS

• i. All services are subject to Magic Elevator’s standard Terms & Conditions.
• ii. Data handling and client privacy are governed by Magic Elevator’s Privacy Policy.
• iii. “Guaranteed results” language used in advertising refers to conditional outcomes based on full compliance with participation requirements.
• iv. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
• v. Magic Elevator reserves all rights to withdraw or modify this promotional offer at any time.
